Understand what is there. Choose what to improve.
We agree which website pages and available search evidence to review. We look at technical accessibility: whether search systems can open and read important pages, and whether links take visitors to the right place.
We check whether service content explains what you do, who it is for and where you work. We review business information for gaps or contradictions, and identify relevant improvements to page titles, descriptions and internal links.
The review produces sourced findings and a prioritised action plan. Implementation is quoted separately and begins only after you approve the scope, access, costs and changes. We then make and check those agreed improvements.
AI answers are one way customers may discover your business. We consider how clearly your pages explain it. We do not promise rankings, traffic, leads or inclusion in AI answers.
Scattered service details. A clearer set of priorities.
An illustrative example, not client proof or a ranking promise. The review, evidence and agreed fixes depend on your website.
Before: it is hard to tell what needs attention.
A business has scattered service details across several pages.
Some pages leave the service area or next step unclear.
The team has a list of technical and content suggestions, without supporting evidence or an agreed order.
After the review and agreed work: clearer pages and a checked handover.
The review records what was checked and links each finding to its evidence.
The action plan puts the agreed technical and content priorities in order.
Client approvalYour team approves the facts, scope and costs before Woblar implements the agreed fixes.
We check the delivered changes and explain what still needs work or later evidence.
A completed website fix is different from a change in search visibility. We record what was delivered and verified; search rankings and AI-answer inclusion remain outside our control.
A review you can follow. Work you can approve.
The scope identifies the pages, evidence, outputs and responsibilities before work begins.
A scoped website review
Review the agreed pages, their technical accessibility, service content and business information, using the evidence and authorised tools available. Record gaps where information or access is missing.
Sourced findings and priorities
A prioritised action plan explaining each finding, the evidence behind it, the suggested action and how to check it. Separate observed problems from ideas that need more evidence.
Implementation of agreed improvements
Implementation is quoted separately from the review. Once approved, Woblar delivers the agreed fixes or content changes. A recommendation in the plan does not automatically authorise a website change.
A checked handover
Recheck the delivered changes and record what passed, what remains open and what your team needs to maintain. Any later progress review is separately agreed.
Bring your business facts and the people who approve them.
Your services, customers and locations. What you offer, who needs it and the places you serve.
Authorised website and search-tool access. The relevant pages and tools, with permission for the agreed review. Access for implementation is agreed separately.
A business approver. Someone who can confirm facts and approve recommended content and website changes.
Your existing evidence and priorities. Useful search reports, previous recommendations and the questions you want the review to answer. We record any evidence gaps.
Support for delivered fixes. Ongoing work agreed separately.
30 days of fault support
For fixes Woblar delivers, fault support runs for 30 days from the agreed go-live of those fixes. It covers faults in the delivered changes.
This support is not an ongoing SEO retainer. A review and action plan on their own do not include continuing implementation or monitoring.
Agree the continuing work and costs
Ongoing monitoring, content production, subscriptions and third-party costs are agreed separately. We agree review frequency, tools, implementation costs and any recurring charges before the relevant work begins.
Need a useful resource for people who find you?
Lead Generation covers an agreed assessment, calculator or guide with a landing page, enquiry capture, measurement and distribution plan. That build is scoped separately from this review.
